A signed quote, or a purchase order number, whichever your process uses. If your agency is tax exempt, send your exemption certificate at the same time. If your accounts payable team needs a W-9, ask and it goes out the same day.
An invoice from Linkx Solutions LLC, payable by check or by ACH, on your normal terms.

Yes. Every product on the site can be bought by card at any time from its product page. This page exists for agencies that cannot.
Your exemption certificate, made out to Linkx Solutions LLC. Send it with your purchase order or signed quote. Exemption certificates cannot be applied to the card checkout, which is why direct invoicing exists.
The quote comes back the next business day. After that it moves at whatever speed your approval process moves. The documents themselves are delivered the same day the invoice is approved.
