About MedOpsDox
MedOpsDox was created by James Montgomery, an EMS professional who ran the quality management program for a critical care transport service. After years of building quality plans from scratch, studying accreditation standards, calibrating KPIs, and turning regulatory language into operational workflows, the realization was clear. No EMS agency should have to start from zero.
That experience is why MedOpsDox now builds a growing library of operational tools for EMS agencies. It starts with the Quality Management Plan, our flagship, and is expanding into areas like prehospital blood programs and more. Each tool is built and refined in the field, aligned to the standards your accrediting body expects, and designed for the professionals who don't have the luxury of unlimited time.

Every document is built on the accreditation frameworks that matter, including CAMTS, GAMUT, NEMSQA, and CAAS.
Created by someone who lived the quality management process, not a consultant who theorized about it.
These aren't academic documents. They're designed to be used daily by real EMS quality teams.
As standards evolve, so do our tools. We stay current so you don't have to chase updates alone.
